Narayanapura Cross, Bangalore – 560077 (“Company”, “Fololife”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is the owner of www.fololife.com and the Fololife mobile application (the URLs and the mobile application collectively referred to as “Platform”), has created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting information of our customers/clients and their personnel submit. The SPI Rules further define “sensitive personal data or information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to:

  1. Passwords;
  2. Financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details;
  3. Physical, physiological and mental health condition;
  4. Sexual orientation;
  5. Medical records and history;
  6. Biometric information;
  7. Information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise;
  8. Visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter; and
  9. Call data records.

    • a) the client hereby grants approval and consents to the Company and its personnel to receive, collect, retain, store, share, disclose (including to third party service providers) or otherwise use the PI or SPI of the client/clients personnel as may be required for the purpose of the engagement or administrative purposes or thereafter for record purposes. Further the client undertakes and confirms that it has in turn obtained relevant approvals as required under the applicable laws from its personnel and others for sharing their PI/SPI with us and the Company shall in no way be liable for any such non-compliance by the client.
    • b) Notwithstanding the above, there shall be no restriction on the Company to share or disclose PI or SPI as may be required under any applicable law (including to third parties by an order under the law) or to any governmental, statutory or regulatory authority or agency. For avoidance of doubt, the client agrees and undertakes that it has procured the consent of the relevant lawful owner or custodian of the PI or SPI for sharing such PI or SPI with the Firm. While, we have made adequate arrangements to ensure safety and protection of PI or SPI held by the Firm we cannot however guarantee the privacy of PI or SPI you transmit over the web or that may be collectable in transit by others, including Indian statutory and regulatory authorities that process such PI or SPI in furtherance of the Matter and contractors who provide services to us. The client hereby confirms to having read the Privacy Policy set out on our Platform which may be changed from time to time and Client hereby consents to such change being made.
